Health Canada Food Additives e-notice – A free service to stay on top of issued advice as well as regulatory and scientific developments in the area of food additives in Canada.

List of Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for Veterinary Drugs in Foods – Sets out the level of residue that could safely remain in the tissue or food product derived from a food-producing animal that has been treated with a veterinary drug.

Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides – Health Canada must determine whether the consumption of the maximum amount of residues, that are expected to remain on food products when a pesticide is used according to label directions, will not be a concern to human health.
